摘要
本文研究了土壤样品中多溴联苯醚、多氯联苯和二噁英类化合物同时测定方法。试验优化了样品前处理过程,对样品净化的同时达到了三类化合物的分离,并研究了三类化合物彼此干扰影响,采取进一步的净化方式实现了样品目标化合物的准确定量。建立的方法对土壤样品净化效果良好,出峰清晰完整,多溴联苯醚、多氯联苯和二噁英类化合物检出限分别为0.03~0.82 pg/g、0.02~0.16 pg/g和0.02~0.26 pg/g,三大类化合物净化内标回收率范围为55.2%~113.4%,RSD范围为0.6%~8.9%,具有较好的适用性。
A method for simultaneous determination of BDEs、PCBs and PCDD/Fs in soil samples was studied. The extract of samples was separated into the three chemical groups at the same time as the purification prcess, After that the interfere with each other of three kinds of compounds studied in the article, and the further clean-up according to requirements has adopted to achieve the accurate quantification.The purufying effect and quantitative accuracy of the method was proved by actual soil samoles, the detection limits of PBDEs, PCBs and PCDD/Fs were 0.03~0.82 pg/g, 0.02~0.16 and pg/g, and the internal standard recovery rate of three kinds of compounds were 55.2%~113.4%, and the range of RSD is 0.6%~8.9%.
