酒钢含铁尘固结球团试验研究

摘要
对酒钢铁钢工序典型的含铁尘的混合冷固结造块进行了试验研究。文中分析了各物料的特点、粘结剂的作用机理和球团固结机理,在采用有机粘结剂进行冷压球试验的基础上,将新型球团与原来球团的指标进行了对比。证明采用有机粘结剂和适当的工艺可以生产出满足炼钢需求的冷固结球团。
        In this paper, cold solid pellet test and research of typical ferro-contained dust and ash that come from iron and steel making process are carried out and introduced. Characteristics of materials,mechanism of action of the binder as well as mechanism of solid are analysed.Comparation of performance index for the new and old pellet is made,being based test of cold solid pellet via orgnic binder.It is proved that pellet that meets the damand of steekmaking can be produced by using orgnic binder and proper solid process.
