摘要
页岩气开发中,保证井壁稳定是其关键技术之一,钻井液良好的封堵能力是井壁稳定的基础,而封堵剂则是钻井液良好封堵能力的基本保障。但泥页岩地层微裂缝微孔隙发育多,通常处于纳微米级,渗透率极低,普通封堵剂固相颗粒粒径较大,难以进入泥页岩地层形成有效的封堵,而纳米级封堵剂则能对泥页岩地层表现出良好的封堵性能。文章在分析前人对封堵剂评价方法基础上,采用不同级配固相颗粒人造滤饼的方法来模拟泥页岩低孔低渗的特性,对3种封堵剂(聚合醇JH-1,纳米LAT,纳米Fe_3O_4)在不同的温度及浓度加量条件下进行了封堵性能评价,确定了3种封堵剂的适用温度和最佳加量,并对它们的封堵机理进行了简单的分析。
In the development of shale gas,it is key to ensure the borehole stability. A good plugging performance of drilling fluid is the foundation of wellbore stability,and the plugging agent is the basic guarantee. However,the micro pores d and cracks,usually in nanometer-scale,are developed a lot in mudstone and shale,the formation permeability is very low. The solid particles of ordinary blocking agent are larger in diameter and difficult to enter into shale formation to form an effective plugging. The nanoscale plugging agent can form a good plugging. In this paper,based on the analysis of previous evaluation methods for plugging agents,the artificial mud cakes with different graded solid particles are used to simulate the characteristics of low porosity and low permeability shale. Three kinds of blocking a-gents( polyalcohol polyol JH-1,Nano-LAT and Nano Fe3 O4)are used to evaluate their plugging performance under different temperatures and at different concentrations. The applicable temperatures and the optimum dosage of the three plugging agents are determined,and their plugging mechanism are analyzed briefly.
