摘要

根据现场实际,对马钢第四钢轧总厂热轧磨辊间重机维保作业区内的轧辊磨削消耗控制问题,本文以1580磨辊间为例从轧辊自身磨削、砂轮、切削液、润滑油等方面,进行分析、制定对策、进行具体实施。
        According to the actual situation on the spot, this paper takes 1580 grinding rolls as an example to analyze, formulate countermeasures and carry out specific implementation on the grinding consumption control of rolls in the maintenance area of the hot roll grinding inter-roller heavy machine of No. 4 Steel Rolling General Plant of Ma Steel from the aspects of roll grinding, grinding wheel, cutting fluid and lubricating oil.
