回转窑托轮漏油的一种根治方法

摘要
回转窑托轮轴承座在长期运行中,普遍存在漏油现象。漏油既影响设备的安全稳定运行,又增加成本,且污染环境。针对该问题,采用在托轮轴上加装新轴套并采用剖分结构设计的方法,打破常规,从源头上解决了回转窑托轮轴承座的漏油问题。新方法实施后,轴承座密封位置的易损件均可便捷更换,可有效保证其密封性。此方法的成功应用对我国冶金球团和水泥等行业来说,具有推广与借鉴意义,有助于提升相关设备、装备的制造水平。
        In the long-term operation,oil leakage often occurs for the bearing seat of the support wheel of the rotary kiln. Oil leakage not only affects the safe and stable operation of the equipment,but also increases the cost and pollutes the environment. In view of this problem,it is solved from the source by breaking the conventional rules,adding a new sleeve on the bearing shaft and adopting the dissection structure design method. After the implementation of the new method,the vulnerable parts of the sealing position of the bearing housing can be replaced conveniently,and the sealing performance can be effectively guaranteed. The successful application of this method can be used for reference in metallurgical pelletizing and cement industries in our country,and it is helpful to improve the manufacturing level of related device and equipment.
