摘要
回转窑焚烧作为处置危废物品的主要手段之一,确保其焚烧所产生的烟气中所携带有害气体保持在安全允许范围内,对企业的长久发展至关重要。以此为着手点,针对回转窑焚烧处置危废烟气CO超标开展分析,在分析回转窑焚烧系统的基础上,对烟气排放中CO超标的影响因素做出分析,并有针对性地提出几点建议措施,希望能为其他企业相似工作的开展提供借鉴和参考。
Rotary kiln incineration is one of the main means to dispose of hazardous waste products. It is very important for the longterm development of enterprises to ensure that the harmful gases in the flue gas generated by rotary kiln incineration are kept within the safe allowable range. Taking this as a starting point, this paper analyzed the CO excess in hazardous waste gas from rotary kiln incineration and disposal, analyzed the influencing factors of CO excess in flue gas emission based on the analysis of rotary kiln incineration system, and put forward some suggestions and measures, hoping to provide reference for similar work of other enterprises.
