三种超宽带正交模耦合器的特性分析与研究

摘要
本文在综合Turnstile型、BФifot型、Finline型等三种正交模耦合器(Ortho-mode transducer,OMT)的发展现状及其优缺点的基础上,选取Turnstile型OMT作为优先研制方案,仿真设计了工作于30 GHz-50 GHz频段的超宽带正交模耦合器。结果显示,设计频段内的双极化端口反射系数均小于-20 d B,隔离度大于53 d B,插入损耗小于0.15 d B,输出端口交叉极化电平小于-53 d B。
        This paper presents the development status of Turnstile, BФifot and Finline types orthomode transducers(OMT) together with their advantages and disadvantages.On the basis of the above, we select the Turnstile OMT as a priority and the simulation design of an ultra-wideband orthomode transducer at 30 GHz to 50 GHz frequency band is given.The results show that the reflection coefficient is less than-20 d B in most frequency band, the isolation is better than 53 d B, the insertion loss is less than 0.15 d B, and the output port cross polarization characteristics level is less than-53 d B.
