摘要
喷丸强化是广泛应用的表面强化手段之一,可明显提高零件的疲劳寿命,有效改善零件表面完整性。数值仿真技术一直是研究喷丸强化机理、优化工艺参数的重要方法。综述了喷丸有限元建模的研究进展,分析了喷丸强化数值仿真的发展方向。指出了今后的研究重点。
        Shot peening is one of the most widely used surface strengthening methods, which can improve the fatigue life and the surface integrity of parts significantly. Numerical simulation is an important method to study the mechanism of shot peening and optimize the process parameters. The research progress of shot peening finite element modeling was reviewed.The developmnet direction of shot peening numerical simulation was analyzed. The research emphasis in the future was pointed out.
