本科生导师制发展措施探究

摘要
本科生导师制是现代高等教育最重要的教学制度之一,实施大学本科生导师制能够对学生实行直接、全面、综合性的辅导,因材施教,培养出更多社会所需要的人才。我国本科生导师制尚处于试行探索的起步阶段,尚未成熟,存在很多问题。笔者从导师制的背景出发,分析了我国发展本科生导师制的原因、发展现状及存在的问题,阐述了推进本科生导师制发展的有关理论,建立了推进本科生导师制发展的市场商业模型,旨在为促进本科生导师制的发展提出建议。
Undergraduate tutorial system is one of the most important teaching systems in modern higher education.The implementation of undergraduate tutorial system can provide direct and comprehensive guidance to students,and teach students in accordance with their aptitude,which can cultivate more talents that the society needs.The tutorial system of undergraduate students in China is still in the beginning stage of trial exploration,which has not yet matured,and there are many problems.From the tutorial system background,the author analyses the reason,present situation of the undergraduate tutorial system development and the existence problems,elaborates the related theory and establishes the market business model,which aims to put forward suggestions for promoting the development of undergraduate tutorial system in China.
