地方师范院校地理科学专业大学生就业现状与影响因素分析——以楚雄师范学院地理科学专业为例

摘要
本文以楚雄师范学院地理科学专业毕业生为研究对象,选取楚雄师范学院地理科学专业2016-2018年毕业生国家就业统计平台最终就业数据进行分析和对比,从初次就业率、年终就业率以及就业去向分布等方面分析当前地方本科院校地理科学专业毕业生就业现状,并从学生就业择业观念、社会需求以及学校知名度等方面剖析影响大学生就业的因素,在此基础上有针对性的探讨如何做好地方本科院校地理科学专业就业指导工作,并针对问题提出相关对策建议。
This paper takes the graduates of geography major of Chuxiong Normal University as the research object. The final employment data of the National Employment Statistics Platform for Graduates of Geographic Science Major of Chuxiong Normal University from 2016 to 2018 are analyzed and compared. This paper analyses the current employment situation of geographical science graduates in local undergraduate colleges and universities from the aspects of initial employment rate, year-end employment rate and employment direction distribution. The factors affecting college students' employment are analyzed from the aspects of students' employment concept, social needs and school popularity. On this basis, this paper probes into how to do a good job of employment guidance for geographic science majors in local undergraduate colleges and universities, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
