摘要
高速铁路作为一种快速便捷的现代化交通运输方式,日益成为人们出行工具的重要选择甚至是特定距离下的优先选择。基于距离衰减规律和城市引力模型的认识,高速铁路通达会缩短沿线城市之间的时间距离,继而缩短心理距离、社会距离、经济距离和概率距离等,从而引起城市间经济社会距离弱衰减,增强高铁沿线城市之间的关联性。正是高铁城市间存在距离弱衰减,才大大显化了高速铁路沿线城市的通达性、开放性和节点性等特征,进而通过触媒效应、集散效应、同城效应和梯度效应四大高铁效应共同驱动沿线城市发展势能的更替。高速铁路对城市发展的影响具有阶段性特征。政府作为高速铁路线路、高铁站区以及城市的规划建设者,需要切实发挥看得见的手的科学干预作用,促进高铁效应的最优化发挥,引导城市更好地进入高速铁路时代。
        As a fast and convenient modern transportation tool,the high-speed railway has become an important choice for people's travel and even a prioritized one at the certain distances. Based on the understanding of distance attenuation law and urban gravity model,the access to high-speed railway shortens the time distance between the cities along the highspeed railway, the psychological distance, social distance, economic distance and probability distance, which would cause the weak attenuation of economic and social distance between cities and enhance the their relationships. The distance weak attenuation may highlight the accessibility,openness and nodularity of the cities,and there are four effects including the catalyst effect,distribution effect,integration effect and gradient effect may affect the changes of the cities' potential energy simultaneously. The effects may be different of the high-speed railway to affect the city development in different stage after the high-speed rail passed. As the planner and builder of the high-speed railway line,the highspeed railway station area and the city,the government needs play the key role in optimizing the utilization of the high-speed railway and guiding the cities to enter the high-speed railway era better.
