摘要

既有住区是社区重要的组成部分,也是城市老龄化最集中的地区。文章通过总结我国既有住区公共空间适老化现状的主要问题,并结合老人的生理、心理状况分析,得到其对公共空间的诉求,并探索我国既有住区公共空间改造更新的策略,以期为未来住区环境整治改造提供一定的参考。
        Existing settlements are an important part of the community and the most concentrated area of urban aging. This paper summarizes the main problems of the aging of public space residential areas in China, and combines the physiological and psychological status analysis of the elderly to obtain their appeals to the public space, and explores the strategies for the renovation and renewal of public space in existing residential areas in China to provide some reference for future community rectification and transformation.
