摘要

间质细胞瘤是睾丸最常见的性索-间质肿瘤,但恶性间质细胞瘤极为罕见,且术前影像学检查常难以明确其性质,确诊需要依靠术后病理,本文报道1例老年男性睾丸恶性间质细胞瘤,复习其组织学和免疫组织化学特点,以提高对本病的认识。
        Leydig cell tumors are the most common sex cord-stromal tumor of testis,while malignant leydig cell tumors are rare.In virtue of the limitation of preoperative radiological image,the correct diagnosis depends on pathological examination with operative specimen. In order to improve the understanding of this disease,this report presents one case of malignant testicular leydig cell tumor in an elderly old man,reviewing the histological and immunohistological characteristics.
