微创拔牙刀联合超声骨刀拔除阻生智齿的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨观察微创拔牙刀联合超声骨刀拔除阻生智齿的效果。方法选择2016年3月-2018年3月收治的阻生智齿患者80例展开分析,在双色球随机分组法下将之均分为对照组40例与观察组40例,对照组采用传统拔牙器械拔牙,观察组则采用微创拔牙刀联合超声骨刀拔牙,比较分析两组手术情况、并发症发生率。结果观察组疼痛评分、拔牙窝完整性评分低于对照组,肿胀度、张口受限度也显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,比对照组的22.50%明显更低(P<0.05)。结论临床拔除阻生智齿采用微创拔牙刀联合超声骨刀能够减轻患者疼痛,提高拔牙效果,也能减少并发症发生率,值得推广。
        【Objective】To observe the effect of minimally invasive tooth extraction knife combined with ultrasound bone knife in removal of impacted wisdom teeth.【Methods】Eighty patients with impacted wisdom teeth admitted from March 2016 to March 2018 were divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(40 cases) by two-color ball random grouping method. The control group was treated with traditional tooth extraction instruments, while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive tooth extraction knife combined with ultrasonic bone knife to extract teeth. The surgical conditions, incidence of complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups.【Results】The pain score and extraction socket integrity score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the swelling degree and mouth opening limitation were also significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(22.50%)(P <0.05).【Conclusion】Clinical extraction of impacted wisdom teeth using minimally invasive tooth extraction knife combined with ultrasound bone knife can reduce pain, improve the extraction effect, and also reduce the incidence of complications, so it is worth promoting.
