摘要
采用静水式研究方法,探讨了不同温度(15、20、25、30、35℃)对7种不同规格黄鳝的耗氧率和排氨率的影响。实验结果表明:温度、体质量对黄鳝的耗氧率和排氨率有显著的影响(P<0.05),但温度和体质量的综合效应对这2个指标没有显著影响(P>0.05);黄鳝的耗氧率(OR)与体质量(W)呈显著的幂函数回归关系OR=aWb。在15~35℃范围内,黄鳝的标准代谢耗氧率变化范围为6~75 mg/(kg·h),耗氧率随温度的升高而升高,随体质量的增加而降低;黄鳝的排氨率变化范围为0.31~6.34 mg/(kg·h),排氨率随温度的升高呈先上升后降低再上升的变化,随体质量的增加而降低。
        In lab static water system,the effects of different temperatures( 15,20,25,30,and 35 ℃) on the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Monopterus albus with 7 different body masses were explored. The experimental results showed that both temperature and body mass had a significant effect on the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of M. albus( P<0.05),but their combined effect on these two indexes was not significant( P>0.05). The relationship between the oxygen consumption rate( OR) and body mass( W) of M. albus could be expressed by power function OR = aWb,and the regression coefficient reached a significant level. Within the range of 15 ~ 35 ℃,the oxygen consumption rate in standard metabolism of M. albus varied from 6 mg/( kg·h) to 75 mg/( kg·h),and it increased with the increase in temperature,and decreased with the increase in body mass; the ammonia excretion rate of M. albus varied from 0.31 mg/( kg·h) to 6.34 mg/( kg·h),and it increased first,then decreased,and finally increased again with the increase in temperature,and decreased with the increased in body mass.
