摘要

介绍了运用自定心静压膨胀芯轴,成功解决了薄壁管状工件径向通孔的加工难题,不但保证了产品质量,提高了生产效率,而且降低了采购成本,并为其他类似工件的机械加工提供了成功经验。
        This is an indisputable fact, the innovative design of fixtures can solve many production problems. This paper systematically introduces the processing problem of solving the radial through hole of thin-walled pipe fittings by self-centering expansion hydrostatic mandrel.At the same time, the product quality is guaranteed, the production efficiency is improved, and the procurement cost is reduced,and provide successful experience for machining similar workpieces.
