摘要

结合旅游可持续发展相关理论,以现代旅游产业视角审视古代旅行服务对象、内容、设施、理念、技艺和管理等相关要素,可发现中国古代旅行服务具有服务对象的层级性与特定性、服务内容的多元化与特色性、服务设施和经营理念的内涵性、服务技艺的传承性以及服务管理的规范性,这些特点,对于当前旅游产业经营与服务仍具有一定的借鉴性。
        Based on the related theories of tourism sustainable development,this paper examines the objects,contents,facilities,ideas,skills and management of ancient travel services from the perspective of modern tourism industry,it is found that the travel service in ancient China has the hierarchy and specificity of the service object,diversity and characteristic of service content,the connotation of service facilities and management ideas,the inheritance of Service skills and the Standardization of Service Management.These characteristics can still be used for reference for the current tourism industry management and service.
