55 dtex/72 f三叶形大有光涤纶FDY工艺调试

摘要
介绍了熔体直纺55 dtex/72 f三叶形大有光FDY工艺调试过程,调试过程中主要存在的问题是毛丝多。该文主要针对毛丝问题,探讨了无风区高度、油剂浓度、油剂型号、牵伸工艺等对减少毛丝的影响,找出相对合适的工艺条件。结果表明,适当地降低牵伸倍数、提高油剂浓度、增加无风区高度等,可以有效地减少毛丝的形成。
The debugging process of 55 dtex/72 f bright trilobal PET FDY by melt direct spinning is introduced.The main problem facing the debugging process is that there are many broken filament.Therefore,aiming at the broken filament problem,this paper mainly discusses the influence of the hot zone,the concentration of spinning oil,the type of spinning oil and the drawing process on the broken filament to find out the relatively suitable technological conditions.The results show that proper reduction of draw ratio,increase of oil concentration,increase of height of hot zone,etc.,can effectively reduce the formation of broken filament.
