合成增稠剂在活性染料网印中的应用

摘要
将合成增稠剂PTF-D应用于平网印花中,分析其与常规海藻酸钠性能及染色效果的差异。结果表明,相较海藻酸钠,PTF-D增稠剂具备更高的触变性、透网性与印花黏度指数,表观得色量也高出20%~30%,更适用于活性染料平网印花。
        The synthetic thickener PTF-D was applied to flat screen printing, and its difference from conventional sodium alginate was analyzed. The results showed that compared with sodium alginate, PTF-D thickener had higher thixotropy, net permeability and printing viscosity index, and the apparent color supply was also 20%~30% higher, which was more suitable for flat screen printing of reactive dye.
