摘要
新工科建设是以培养学生综合应用能力和创新创业能力为核心的,这对高校教育教学提出了更高的要求。课程教学作为人才培养重要的渠道,是实现人才培养目标、保障人才培养质量的关键。本文结合宿州学院的教学实际,着重从教育理念、师资队伍建设、课程体系改革、教学方式转变、实践教学等方面,探讨实现人才培养目标的途径和方法,以便为深化教育教学改革提供有益的借鉴。
New engineering construction is based on cultivating students' comprehensive application ability and innovation ability as the core, puts forward new requirements to the talent cultivation of ability, the teaching as the important carrier, is to realize the goal of talents cultivation, important means to guarantee the quality of the talents cultivation, combining the teaching practice of college of suzhou, emphatically from the renewal education idea, teacher team construction, curriculum system reform, change teaching methods, practice teaching conditions and so on, summarizes the implementation way and methods of the talents cultivation target,provide some useful reference for further deepening the reform of education teaching.
