摘要

合成氨装置离心式压缩机的漏油原因非常复杂,因此,结合离心式压缩机的浮油模式密封和机械接触式密封的相关结构和及其相关的工作方式,对合成氨装置离心式压缩机的漏油原因进行了分析,并提出了未来的运维方法和处理措施,为机组的顺利运行提供了一些意见。
        The cause of oil leakage of centrifugal compressor in ammonia plant is very complicated.Therefore,this paper combines the structure of oil-?lled mode seal and mechanical contact seal of centrifugal compressor and its related working mode to centrifuge ammonia.The cause of the oil leakage of the compressor was analyzed,and the future operation and maintenance methods and treatment measures were put forward,which provided some opinions for the smooth operation of the unit.
