摘要
基于有限元法,借助大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对某空心传动轴的静、动态特性进行分析,并考察内径对其静、动态特性的影响规律。通过分析得出,该空心传动轴在工作载荷作用下,承受的最大工作应力小于材料的许用应力。随着传动轴内径的增加,结构在工作载荷作用下承受的最大工作应力和约束状态下的第1阶固有频率均呈现增大趋势。分析结果为该传动轴结构的优化提供了依据。
Based on the finite element method,the static and dynamic characteristics of a hollow drive shaft were analyzed with the help of ANSYS software,and the influence of inner diameter on its static and dynamic characteristics was investigated.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the maximum working stress of the hollow drive shaft under working load is less than the allowable stress of the material. With increase of the inner diameter of the drive shaft,the maximum working stress under the working load and the first natural frequency of the restrained structure all show an increasing trend. The analysis results provide a basis for optimizing the structure of the drive shaft.
