不同采收期栽培卷叶贝母与暗紫贝母的质量比较

摘要
目的确定不同生长年限栽培卷叶贝母与暗紫贝母的最佳采收时间。方法分析不同生长年限两种栽培样品的鲜重、干重、折干率、水分、灰分、醇溶性浸出物和总生物碱含量的变化规律,归纳出栽培卷叶贝母与暗紫贝母的最佳采收时期。结果不同采收期三年生和四年生卷叶贝母、暗紫贝母栽培品的质量存在明显差异,不同生长年限的两种贝母中总生物碱的含量均在七月中、下旬达到最高。结论青海产三、四年生的栽培卷叶贝母与暗紫贝母的最佳采收期均为七月中、下旬。
OBJECTIVE To choose the best harvesting time of cultivated Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don and cultivated F. unibracteata Hsiao et K. C. Hsia. METHODS The variation was analyzed in fresh weight,dry weight,dry discount rate and the content of water,total ashes,alcohol-soluble extract and total alkaloid in samples. Based on the above indicators,the best harvesting time of cultivated F. cirrhosa and cultivated F. unibracteata were summarized. RESULTS There existed a obvious difference in quality of three-year-old and four-year-old cultivated F. cirrhosa and cultivated F. unibracteata collected in different harvest periods. The content of total alkaloid of the above samples was the highest in mid to late July. CONCLUSION The best harvesting time of cultivated F. cirrhosa and cultivated F. unibracteata is from mid to late July in Qinghai province.
