动物食品全产业链中的饲料企业:生存危机与发展机遇

摘要
新时期,动物养殖的生产方式发生了重大的转变,动物的"全民养殖"方式在转向"规模化的企业养殖"方式,其结果是饲料产品的市场结构在发生深刻的变化,饲料工厂逐渐成为养殖场的配套工厂,中国饲料产业的独立性也在变化中,一是饲料企业向集团化、规模化方向发展,二是饲料集团性企业逐渐转变为动物食品企业。在动物食品全产业链纬度下,社会消费末端对动物产品的需求不再是对数量需求,而是对动物产品质量提出了更高的要求;同时,养殖动物产品、生产企业必须面临国际市场的竞争。其结果是,对饲料产品质量要求发生了重大的变化,不仅仅强调饲料物质更多地转化为养殖动物产品,更需要养殖得到"好看、好吃、吃得营养、吃得安全"的动物产品或动物食品;同时,也只有融入到动物食品全产业链中求发展才是饲料产品、养殖动物产品成本最低化控制的有效对策,饲料企业的核心竞争力和企业的增长方式要适应这种变化,饲料企业需要融入到动物食品产业链之中求生存、求发展。在国际化市场格局下,提升动物产品的市场竞争能力、提升饲料企业的核心竞争力,参与全球化的市场竞争是一种必然趋势。
Great changes have taken place in the mode of animal husbandry production in the new period,culture mode is changing from national farming to large-scale enterprise farming,the result is the market structure of feed products undergoing profound changes.Feed mills will become a supporting part of farms,feed industry is not an independent industry.First,feed enterprises are developing towards collectivization and scale.Second,feed group enterprises are gradually transforming into animal food enterprises.Under the whole industry of animal food,the demand for animal products at the end of social consumption is not just for quantity.It puts forward higher requirements for the quality of aniformed into animal products,but also need to be cultured to obtain"good,nutritious and healthy"animal products or animal food.It is an effective countermeasure to minimize the cost of feed products and animal husbandry products to seek development in the whole industry chain of animal food.The core competitiveness and growth mode of feed enterprises should adapt to the development and change.Feed enterprises need to integrate into the animal food industry chain in order to survive and develop.Under the international market structure,it is an inevitable trend to enhance the market competitiveness of animal products,enhance the core competitiveness of feed enterprises and participate in global market competition.
