摘要

有研究采用双光子活体成像技术,首次发现肺有造血功能,这从某一层面印证了中医肺生血的认识。文章从3个方面阐释了中医肺生血的内涵:诸气者,皆属于肺,气能生血行血;补肺生津,津血互化以生血;肺朝百脉。中西医可相互借鉴,采用现代科学技术方法阐释中医理论,可促进中医药现代化发展的进程。
        Some studies have used intravital two-photon imaging technology to discover that the lung has hematopoietic function for the first time, which also confirms and explains the TCM theory of lung generating blood from a certain level. The paper interpreted the connotation of lung generating blood in TCM from three aspects: all of qi belongs to lung and qi generates and regulates blood; benefiting lung promoting production of fluid, body fluid and blood can change into each other and generate blood; lung connecting all vessels. Chinese and western medicine can learn from each other. Using modern scientific and technological methods to explain the theory of TCM can promote the process of modernization of TCM.
