摘要
为确保新元煤业11采区下山皮带安全高效运行,根据皮带运输情况,对皮带参数进行计算,确定皮带型号为DTⅡ固定带式输送机,通过对比分析液力耦合器软启动、智能电机软启动、变频调速装置软启动等三种启动方式的优缺点可知,变频调速器在煤矿皮带运行调节中可以实现皮带平衡启动,具有节能减排的效果。
In order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the leather belt of the 11 coal, this paper calculates the parameter, according to the leather belt transport situation, determine belt type of DT for the fixed belt conveyor, and through hydraulic coupling analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of start-up mode such as soft start, intelligent motor soft start, soft start frequency control device, etc, the frequency conversion governor in coal mine belt operation adjustment can be implemented in the belt balance, which have the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
