摘要
航天发射场的高可靠运作对航天发射任务的安全执行具有重要的意义。在对航天发射场的特征和可靠性需求进行分析的基础上,探讨了可靠性分析与评估方法在航天发射场中的应用情况,提出从可靠性建模、设备与任务可靠性评估、设备剩余寿命预测、故障树分析、失效模式影响及危害性分析5个方面开展航天发射场的可靠性工作。对航天发射场设备、任务等对象的可靠性指标进行分析与评估,能够有效地保证航天发射任务的顺利进行,降低任务风险的同时提升经济效益。
The high reliable operation of the space launch site is of great significance for the safe execution of space launch missions. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and reliability requirements of the space launch site, the application of reliability analysis and evaluation method in the space launch site is discussed, and it is proposed that the reliability work of space launch site should be carried out from five aspects: reliability modeling, equipment and mission reliability evaluation, equipment residual life prediction, fault tree analysis, failure mode effects and criticality analysis. The analysis and evaluation of the reliability index of space launch site equipment, mission and other objects can effectively ensure the smooth progress of the space launch mission, reduce the mission risk and enhance economic benefits at the same time.
