组织危机及其管理策略研究评述与展望

摘要
组织危机具有损益性、紧迫性、模糊性等多重特性,对组织生存发展有重大影响。以往研究主要有3种经典危机管理理论:过程模型,强调危机管理的计划性、阶段性、连续性;要素模型,注重危机类型、阶段、组织系统、利益相关者等关键要素之间的匹配度及危机管理的行为化;层次模型,则强调危机管理组织系统的个体—团队—组织—网络不同层次的策略功能,以及不同损益、时间压力情景的危机管理策略的差异。这3种模型互为补充。未来的研究趋势是:建立基于特定文化背景的危机管理决策模型;融合创业理论,探索机会—威胁双识别的可持续创业模式;引入社会网络和公司治理理论,研究组织危机的公共治理模式等。
