摘要
双螺杆压缩机是工业领域中可燃气等介质回收输送的主流装置。针对使用中的双螺杆压缩机转子单向受力的不足,提出一种可实现工作负载相向配置的平衡式双螺杆压缩机。为研究其工作过程中内部流场特性,基于平衡式双螺杆压缩机工作原理及基本结构建立了其流体数值模型,利用CFD技术,采用SIMPLEC算法及RNG/κ-ε湍流模型对其工作过程进行了数值模拟,得到了平衡式双螺杆压缩机工作过程中流体压力、速度以及密度的分布情况,为平衡式双螺杆压缩机工程应用提供参考。
        Twin screw compressor is the mainstream device of the combustible gas and other media recovery and transportation in industrial field. For the defects of the one-way force of the twin-screw compressor in use, a balanced twin-screw compressor which could achieve the opposite configuration of the workload was proposed. In order to study the internal flow field characteristics in the working process, the fluid numerical model was established based on the working principle and basic structure of the balanced twin-screw compressor, and the numerical simulation of the balanced twin-screw compressor working process was carried on by SIMPLEC algorithm and RNG/κ-ε turbulence model of CFD. The distributions of fluid pressure, velocity and density in the process of balanced twin-screw compressor were obtained. It provides reference for the engineering application of balanced twin-screw compressor.
