某超高层大跨度门形双塔连体结构分析研究

摘要
通过7度区建筑高度198.1m、连接体跨度约33.9m的门形双塔连体结构——成都环球金融中心的设计实例,分析比较了斜向对称布置双塔楼连体结构的扭转位移比、刚重比等计算参数的控制及其与单塔结构的差别;分析比较了水平地震作用方向对塔楼和连接体结构内力的不同影响;讨论了竖向地震作用计算结果及其对连接体的设计影响;对连接体桁架有效传力路径、连体结构抗连续倒塌能力进行了验证分析和讨论。经分析发现,在结构设计时,连体结构连体层及其附近楼层的设计参数控制是设计的关键,连体层及其附近的楼板需进行加强,连体结构的竖向地震作用及地震作用方向要重点分析。分析结果表明,结构各设计参数均符合规范要求,结构整体稳定性较好,并满足抗连续倒塌设计要求,结构体系合理可靠。
        The design of Chengdu Global Financial Center, a portal double-tower connected structure with a height of 199.8 m and a spatial corridor span of about 33.9 m in 7-degree zone was described. The control of calculation parameters such as rotational displacement ratio and rigid-gravity ratio of inclined symmetrical double-tower connected structure and their differences from single-tower structure were analyzed and compared. The influence of horizontal seismic action direction on the internal force of the tower and the spatial corridor was analyzed and compared. The calculation results of vertical seismic action and the influence on the design of spatial corridor were discussed. The effective load transfer path of truss in spatial corridor and the capacity to resist progressive collapse of connected structure was also verified, analyzed and discussed. Through analysis, it is found that the control of the design parameters of the connected stories and their adjacent stories is the key to the design of connected structure; the floors of the connected stories and their adjacent floors should be strengthened; the vertical seismic action and the direction of seismic action of the connected structure should be emphatically analyzed. The analysis results show that all the design parameters of the structure meet the requirements of the code; the overall stability of the structure is good; the design requirement of progressive collapse resistance is satisfied; and the structural system is reasonable and reliable.
