紧凑与集约并置的澳门城市空间发展策略研究

摘要
粤港澳大湾区建设,是澳门区域经济发展和产业结构调整的重要机遇,然而发展空间限制、旧城更新、生态环境保护、交通压力等城市问题使其在湾区发展中的优势与作用未能明显显现出来。如何能够既满足城市发展对用地的必然需求,又做到保护土地资源和生态环境,是澳门急待解决的问题。文章通过分析澳门城市空间的现状及改善的方向,将紧凑城市理论与土地集约利用理论联系起来,提出紧凑与集约并置的澳门城市空间发展要求。进一步通过划定合理的城市增长边界,建设用地适度混合利用,完善城市资源配置系统三方面策略解决澳门城市空间匮乏,土地利用破碎化,资源配置系统不完善的问题。最终实现城市系统的完整与元素的优化,促进城市可持续发展的目标。
The construction of the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area is a great opportunity for Macao's regional economic development and industrial transformation. However,the urban problems such as the limitation of development space, the renewal of old cities, environmental protection and traffic pressure make its advantages and effects in bay area development not obvious. How to meet the needs of land use for urban development and protect land resources and ecological environment is an urgent problem for Macao. Based on the current situation of urban space development in Macao, this paper links the theory of compact city with the theory of intensive land use, and puts forward the urban space development requirements of Macao that is both compact and intensive. It puts forward three strategies: delimit reasonable urban growth boundary, moderate mixed use ※of construction land and perfect urban resource allocation system. Macao to solve the lack of urban space, land use fragmentation, resource allocation system is not perfect. Finally, the integrity of the urban system and the optimization of elements will be realized to promote the sustainable development of the city.
