摘要
针对电液比例压力流量控制轴向变量柱塞泵,利用AMESim软件建立其整体模型。对该变量泵压力特性进行了仿真研究,并重点考察了电液比例换向阀参数的变化对泵压力特性的影响。仿真结果表明,电液比例换向阀的弹簧刚度和弹簧预紧力的设定值越大,变量泵输出压力的稳态值也越大;在避免比例换向阀的阀芯质量过小基础上,尽量减小阀芯质量,并设定适当大小的阻尼孔孔径和阀芯直径,可减小输出压力的超调量,改善变量泵的工作品质。
        Aimed at an electro-hydraulic proportional axial variable piston pump with pressure and flow control,its entire model is built by AMESim. Pressure characteristics of the variable pump are researched by simulation,and the influence on pressure characteristics of pump is studied in particular when parameters of electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve are changed. The simulation reveals that the larger we set the value of spring stiffness and spring prestressing force in electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve,the larger the steady values of output pressure in variable pump will be; on the basis of avoiding the mass of proportional reversing valve being too small,we try to reduce the mass and select proper diameters of valve and damping hole,which can decrease output pressure overshoot and improve working quality of variable pump.
