CT在创伤性脾破裂中的临床诊断价值

摘要
目的探究创伤性脾破裂患者接受CT诊断的价值。方法选取2014年1月27日～2018年10月13日我院收治的70例创伤性脾破裂患者作为研究对象,均接受CT检查,对其检查结果进行分析。结果经CT检查显示,51例患者脾脏周围存在新月形等相关低高密度混合影,19例患者脾内多发或单发类圆形等高密度影的,55例患者存在腹腔以及脾周积血的情况;10例患者存在肝损伤,47例患者存在肋骨骨折,27例患者为肺挫伤合并胸腔积液,6例患者存在肾损伤,11例患者存在脑外伤,8例患者存在腰椎骨折,1例患者存在胸椎骨折,1例患者存在肩胛骨骨折,1例患者存在肠系膜撕裂伤。结论创伤性脾破裂患者接受CT诊断,可较好对其脾破裂伤进行诊断和分型,且可将其脾脏周围相关脏器的损伤显示出来,为患者疾病的治疗提供依据。
Objective To investigate the value of CT diagnosis in patients with traumatic spleen rupture. Methods From January 27, 2014 to October 13, 2018, 70 patients with traumatic spleen rupture treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects. All of them underwent CT examination, and the results of the examination were analyzed. Results CT examination showed that there were 51 patients with crescent-shaped and low-density mixed-shadows around the spleen, 19 patients with multiple or single-round circular high-density shadows in the spleen, and 55 patients with abdominal cavity and spleen circumference blood condition. A total of 10 patients had liver injury, 47 patients had rib fractures, 27 patients had pulmonary contusion with pleural effusion, 6 patients had renal injury, 11 patients had brain trauma, and 8 patients had lumbar fractures. One patient had a thoracic spine fracture, one patient had a scapular fracture, and one patient had a mesenteric laceration. Conclusion CT diagnosis of patients with traumatic spleen rupture can better diagnose and classify spleen rupture, and show the damage of related organs around the spleen, which provides a basis for the treatment of patients′ diseases.
