摘要

超高层建筑的消防设计是一个复杂的系统性问题。2018年新出台的公消[2018]57号文《关于印发〈建筑高度大于250米民用建筑防火设计加强性技术要求(试行)〉的通知》,对大于250m超高层建筑的消防加强措施做了详细的规定。文章结合南京金融城二期(东区)C1楼的消防设计情况,对"57号文"给超高层消防设计带来的影响进行了详细解读。
        Fire protection design of super high-rise building is a complex systemic problem. In 2018, the newly released [2018] No.57 document "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Strengthened Technical Requirements for Fire Protection Design for Civil Buildings of More Than 250 Meters(Trial)" specified detailed regulations on fire protection measures for super high-rise buildings of more than 250 m. Combining the fire protection design of the C1 building of Nanjing Financial City Phase II(East District), this article explains in detail the impact of "No. 57 Document" on fire protection design of super high-rise building.
