摘要
鉴于在火箭研制工程的协同设计、高效设计及系统集成等方面存在的一系列制约性技术难题,以火箭设计制造协同为对象开展研究,在借鉴、消化吸收国内外先进的IPD技术基础上进行改进创新,紧密结合火箭研制特点和设计生产实际需求,解决了制约火箭设计制造协同、设计效率提高和专业系统集成的一系列关键技术问题。该方法经受了工程实践的检验,满足了火箭三维协同研制需求,大幅提高了全生命周期产品设计能力。
Review of a series of restrictive technical problems such as efficient design and system integration in the existence of digitalization process of the rocket, this paper takes rocket design and manufacturing collaboration as the object to carry on the research,on the basis of the reference of domestic and foreign advanced IPD technology to improved innovation. Combining with the actual demand and the characteristics of rocket, three key techniques have been dressed to solves the restriction of rocket design in MBD,professional system integration and workflow process of three dimensional digital model, finally through out the completely engineering process from the concept design to rocket flight, and those methods in this paper have been proved that's a good solution for whole life information organization and utilization of rocket digital development.
