摘要

随着我国经济的高速发展,环境问题却愈演愈烈。2011年至2016年全国6年发生环境污染与破坏事故总计达2901起,平均每年发生484次,由这组数据不难看出,我国正处于突发环境事件的高发期,突发环境事件的成因也日趋复杂,给基层环境应急工作带来了诸多挑战。而当前基层环境应急管理工作所面临的问题是多方面的,暴露出的问题也不少。本文就基层环境应急管理工作存在的问题思考如下。
        With the rapid economic development in our country, the lack of adaptive environmental problems has intensified. From 2011 to 2016, there were 2,901 environmental pollution and sabotage accidents occurring in the whole country in 6 years, with an average of 484 times per year. It is easy to see from this set of data that China is in the high incidence of sudden environmental events and causes of unexpected environmental events It is also increasingly complicated, bringing many challenges to the work of emergency response at the grass-roots level. At present, the problems faced by the grass-roots environmental emergency management work are many and exposed many problems. This article on the grassroots environmental emergency management problems are as follows.
