摘要

分析了央企在拓展境外业务过程中面临诸多外部威胁以及央企境外安全管理工作中存在的内部挑战,提出了央企境外安全风险管理原则与策略。
        This paper analyzed the external threats in the development of overseas business and the internal challenges in the security management faced by central enterprises. Security risk management principles and strategies were provided accordingly.
