海上疏松砂岩防砂方式优选及决策方法研究

摘要
随着海上疏松砂岩防砂方式选择研究的不断深入,现有防砂方式选择方法仍未考虑储层黏土矿物、不同类型筛管的堵塞程度及防砂后的产能等影响因素,并且传统的防砂方式选择二维图难以同时考虑多个影响因素,因此容易导致设计过程中防砂方式选择不合理。针对上述问题,在充分结合海上疏松砂岩防砂方式多年研究积累成果的基础上,提出一种新方法。该方法利用全尺寸的出砂模拟装置进行试验,确定出了出砂的主要影响因素及其分界控制点,最终在综合考虑D50、细颗粒体积分数、分选系数、非均匀系数和蒙脱石绝对体积分数等多个因素情况下绘制了防砂方式选择雷达图版,经过多个目标油田的实际验证,表明该方法可针对海上疏松砂岩方便、快捷地选择出合理的防砂方式,为精细化防砂以及降本增效奠定了理论基础。
        With the deepening of the election of sand control methods for unconsolidated sandstone in offshore oilfields,the factors such as clay minerals of reservoirs,blockage degree of different sieve tubes and productivity after sand control were not considered in the existing selection methods,and it was difficult to consider multiplefactors simultaneously in the traditional two-dimensional chart of sand control method selection,so it was easy to induce unreasonable selection of sand control methods in the design process.In view of the above problems,a new method was proposed for selecting sand control methods for sand control in marine unconsolidated sandstone was based on the research and accumulation of sand control methods for many years.This method used full-scale sand production simulator for sand production simulation test,and determined the main influencing factors of sand production and their boundary control points.Finally,D50,fine particle volume fraction,UC value,SC value and absolute volume fraction of montmorillonite and other factors are considered,the radar chart of sand control mode selection is drawn.The actual verification of multiple target oilfields shows that this method is feasible.In view of the convenience and rapidity of selecting reasonable sand control methods for offshore unconsolidated sandstone,it lays a theoretical foundation for fine sand control and cost reduction and efficiency enhancement of offshore unconsolidated sandstone.
