摘要
分析了表淬腔式联轴器套的工艺特点,进行了系统的工艺性研究。通过淬火工艺性试验,获得了型腔表淬热处理的工艺余量参数及高频感应淬火工装的改进措施,并分析不同的工艺余量、感应淬火工装结构对淬火硬度有效范围、表面硬度值及零件变形的影响,从而确定了合理的淬火工艺参数。通过刀具切削试验,分析不同的刀具、切削用量对零件的表面质量、尺寸精度、形位公差及切削效率的影响,获得了型腔切削加工的刀具型号及合理的切削用量。
        The technological characteristics of the surface quenched cavity type of coupling sleeve have been analyzed,and the process properties have been studied systematically. By means of quenching process test,the technological allowance parameters of mould cavity surface quenching heat treatment and the improvement measures of high frequency induction quenching tooling have been obtained,and the influence of different technological allowances and the structures of induction quenching toolings on effective range of quenching hardness,surface hardness value and part deformation have been analyzed to determine the reasonable quenching process parameters. The effects of different cutting tools and cutting parameters on the surface quality,dimensional accuracy,geometric tolerance and cutting efficiency of the parts have been analyzed through tools cutting experiments to obtain the cutting tool models and reasonable cutting parameters for mould cavity cutting.
