摘要
随着模具行业的发展,对模具外形制造精度的要求不断提高,因此研究一种精确、高效的制造精度测量方法尤为重要。针对某型旋压模具,提出一种测量方法,利用三维数字化扫描设备和测量软件获取模具表面的点云数据,基于创建平面、圆、直线等特征,完成点云数据的二维尺寸标注。根据测量数据进行模具制造偏差的评价,反映模具的加工效果。实践表明,该方法有效可行,具备一定的应用价值。
With the development of the mold industry,the requirements for the precision of the mold profile are continuously increasing. So it is particularly important to research on an accurate and efficient manufacturing accuracy meaurement method. Aiming at a certain type of spinning mold,a measurement method is put forward. Point-cloud data of the mold surface is obtained by using three-dimensional digital scanning equipment and measurement software. Two-dimensional dimensioning of point cloud data is completed based on creating the characteristics,such as plane,circle and straight line. According to the measurement data to evaluate the deviation of mold manufacturing,reflect the processing effect of the mold. The practice shows that the method is effective and feasible and has certain application value.
