摘要

新形势下企业信访稳定形势复杂严峻,解决跨板块、跨区域、跨领域等相关矛盾问题难度增大。必须明确协作联动的重要性,充分用好板块(部门)联动联调、企地区域维护稳定协调、企法联动多元化解这三项工作机制,更好地预防和化解信访突出问题,齐心协力共同维护企业稳定、矿区稳定、区域稳定。
        The situation of handling public complaints is complex and severe in an enterprise under the new condition. It is more difficult to solve the contradictions related to cross-section, cross-region and cross-field. One must know the importance of collaborative linkage, make full use of three mechanisms including sectional cooperation, enterprise-local stable coordination safeguard and multi-element defusing by enterprise-law linkage, prevent and defuse prominent problems in handling public complaints in an even better fashion and work together to safeguard stability in the enterprise, the oildom and the region.
