摘要
本文主要介绍了欧盟科技创新决策咨询制度体系建设情况,对其体系建设核心出发点、体系建设内容进行了介绍和分析,着重介绍了欧盟最新科技创新决策咨询制度——欧委会首席科学顾问组,并对其制度变化进行了分析。同时,总结了欧盟科技创新决策咨询制度体系成效。
This paper mainly introduces the construction of EU science and technology innovation decisionmaking consultation system, analyzes the core starting point and system construction content of the system construction, and introduces the EU's latest science and technology innovation decision-making consultation system, focusing on the Chief Scientific Adviser of the European Commission Group, and analyzes its institutional changes. At the same time, it summarizes the effectiveness of the EU science and technology innovation decisionmaking consultation system.
