摘要
为了有效地评估智能电网建设情况,提出了一套包含多项评价指标的符合广西电网发展特色的智能电网指标体系。在评价智能电网建设情况时,除了需要确定每项指标在评价体系中所占比重,还需要考虑一些难以用指标衡量的因素,为此本文基于层次分析法和模糊评价法建立了一种综合评价模型。该评价方法可以灵活地调整各个指标之间的评价权重。最后以5个地区智能电网建设情况为评估对象,验证该模型的有效性。算例结果表明,所提出的指标体系和评价方法能满足省级、市级以及园区级智能电网建设评价需要。
In order to effectively evaluate the construction of smart grid, a set of smart grid index system is proposed, which includes several evaluation indexes and consistent with the development characteristics of Guangxi power grid. In the evaluation of the smart grid construction, not only the determination of the proportion of each index in the evaluation system is needed but also the consideration of some factors that are difficult to be measured by the index. So a comprehensive evaluation model is established based on AHP and fuzzy evaluation method which can flexibly adjust the evaluation weights among various indexes. Finally, the validity of the model is tested by evaluating the smart grid constructions in five regions. The examples show that the proposed index system and evaluation method can meet the evaluation needs of the smart grid constructions of the provincial level, the municipal level and the park level.
