摘要
目的探讨形成性评价在外科研究生住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2017级外科48名研究生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各24名,在外科亚专业进行住院医师规范化培训。对照组采用传统的终结性评价,实验组采用形成性评价。培训1年后于2018年9月2组学生统一参加年度考核,通过考核成绩和问卷调查结果分析,评价形成性评价体系的教学效果。结果实验组和对照组理论考核成绩无明显差异,分别是83. 61±6. 53分与83. 78±6. 04分,实验组技能考核成绩83. 06±12. 76分均明显高于对照组71. 61±17. 03分,差异有统计学意义。调查问卷结果显示实验组91. 67%的学生对形成性评价体系的应用是认可和支持的。结论形成性评价体系的实施有利于提高学生的岗位胜任能力和自主学习能力,具有较强的可行性。
        Objective To explore the application effect of formative assessment in standardized resident training of surgery postgraduates. Methods A total of 48 surgery postgraduates in Grade 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 24 cases in each group. The two groups have taken part in standardized resident training in surgical specialties since they entered the college in 2017. The observation group received the formative assessment and the control group received the traditional summative assessment. At the end of one year s training, two groups took the annual assessment at the same time in September 2018. The teaching effect of formative evaluation system was evaluated through the analysis of scores and questionnaire survey results. Results The two groups ' scores in theoretical examination were not obviously different, 83. 61 ±6. 53 VS83. 78 ± 6. 04. The scores of skill examination in observation group were higher than control group,83. 06 ± 12. 76 VS71.61 ± 17. 03. The difference was statistically significant. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the observation group, and 91. 67% of them accepted and supported the formative assessment.Conclusions Formative assessment was helpful to enhance the students' competence in their position, and improve their autonomic learning ability and it was feasible.
