摘要
细菌对抗生素的耐药性作为一个潜在威胁健康的问题已成为严重的全球性公共卫生问题,细菌耐药性持续存在是在相当长的时间内必须面对和认真研究解决的难题。海洋环境也已逐步成为耐药性细菌的重要储存库。因此,本文针对海洋环境中细菌耐药性这一问题,结合国内外最新文献,对海洋环境中细菌耐药性研究进展进行了综述,简单介绍了细菌耐药性在海洋环境中的产生原因、流行现状、传播途径及影响因素,并对未来重点研究方向进行了展望。
        Antimicrobial resistance in pathogenic bacteria has become a major threat to human health worldwide and is also a difficult obstacle to overcome in treating resistant bacterial infections. Marine environment has been a reservoir for antimicrobial resistant strain. Therefore, this article reviews the research progress of bacterial resistance in marine environment by summarizing and comparing with many relative studies. And this review primarily introduces the emergence, dissemission, antibiotic resistance mechanism and the future research directions of bacterial resistance in the marine environment.
