厦门生鲜电商发展分析及展望

摘要
中国是生鲜农产品生产和消费大国,其生产和流通对于国计民生关系重大。随着中国农产品电子商务的快速发展,生鲜电商的发展问题成为众多学者研究的焦点。以厦门市为例,介绍了厦门本地生鲜电商的运营现状,针对其竞争力不足的问题及成因进行了深入分析,指出便利性、安全性和消费体验是影响生鲜电商竞争力的关键要素,提出了促进厦门生鲜电商发展的主要建议及未来发展方向。
China is a major producer and consumer of fresh agricultural products, and its production and circulation are of great importance to the national economy and people's livelihood. With the rapid development of China's agricultural products e-commerce, the development of fresh e-commerce has become the focus of many scholars. Taking Xiamen city as an example, the author introduced the status quo of fresh e-commerce operation, analyzed the problems and causes of its insufficient competitiveness, pointed out the key factors affecting the competitiveness of fresh e-commerce such as convenience, safety and consumption experience, and put forward the way to promote the fresh e-commerce development and the future development direction in Xiamen.
