创新创业教育对大学生就业竞争力的影响研究

摘要
近年来在高校掀起一股创新创业教育改革的热潮,培养具有创新精神和创业能力的大学生是高校人才培养目标中的重要一环。随着我国高校毕业生人数的不断飙升,加剧了大学生之间的就业竞争,让大学生就业问题逐渐被提升到新的层面,就业竞争力作为大学生就业的重要因素之一,在此社会背景下,研究高校创新创业教育对大学生就业和大学生竞争力的影响作用显得尤为必要。本研究正是以此为导向,以我国整体的大学生就业环境为基础,研究创新创业教育为大学生提供的影响作用,特别是对大学生就业竞争力存在的影响,发掘其背后的原因,寻求创新创业教育的优势以及提升大学生就业竞争力的途径,提升我国高校大学生的就业竞争力,以期为解决大学生就业难提供帮助。
In recent years, an upsurge of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform has been set off in Colleges and universities. Cultivating college students with innovative spirit and entrepreneurship ability is an important part of the goal of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities. With the increasing number of college graduates in our country, the employment competition among college students has been intensified, and the employment problem of college students has been gradually promoted to a new level. As one of the important factors of college students' employment, it is particularly necessary to study the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education on College Students' employment and competitiveness in this social context. Based on the overall employment environment of college students in China, this paper studies the impact of innovative entrepreneurship education on College students, especially on their employment competitiveness, explores the reasons behind it, seeks the advantages of innovative entrepreneurship education and ways to enhance their employment competitiveness, so as to enhance the employment competitiveness of college students in China. To provide help to solve the employment difficulties of College students.
