传播学视角下马王堆导引术在高校推广的路径分析

摘要
马王堆导引术是极具中华民族文化底蕴的体育运动,具有循经导引、形意相随;旋转屈伸、舒缓圆活;伸筋拔骨、松紧交替;吐故纳新、身心合一等功法特点,具有极高的健身价值。文章主要运用文献资料法等,在传播学的视角下,根据相关政策的推行并结合高校学生体质现状等进行综合分析。研究发现练习马王堆导引术调节心理、涵养道德,丰富校园生活;有利于传统文化传承;改善高校学生体质现状,提出传播学视角下马王堆导引术在高校推广的路径:加强人际传播,建立健身气功研究协会。加强组织传播,拓展与其他相关组织的交流合作。加强大众宣传,提高公众关注度。
Mawangdui guidance is a sport with Chinese culture, which has the characteristics of meridian guidance, shape and meaning following each other; rotation, flexion and extension, relaxation and circle life; extension of tendons and bones, rotation and rotation; rotation of muscles and bones; replacement of relaxation and tightness; assimilation of old and new; integration of body and mind Has extremely high fitness value. This article mainly uses the method of literature and materials, under the angle of communication, carries on the comprehensive analysis according to the related policy implementation and unifies the university student physique present situation and so on. The study found that the practice of Mawangdui guidance to regulate psychology, cultivate morality, enrich campus life; is conducive to traditional cultural heritage; improve the physical status of college students. It is put forward that Mawangdui guidance is used in colleges and universities from the perspective of communication science. Promotion path: strengthen interpersonal communication, establish fitness Qigong research association. Strengthen organization communication and expand communication and cooperation with other related organizations. Strengthen the public propaganda, raise the public attention.
