摘要
高压气井操作平台是采气生产中进行各项井口操作的重要辅助工具,借助该平台可以开展开关井、调产、更换固定或可调油嘴、采气树维护保养等操作。然而实际生产过程中,操作人员发现利用该操作平台进行各项作业时存在诸多安全隐患,操作上也有诸多不便。本着安全生产、降低作业风险和方便人员井口操作的目的,对现有操作平台进行了四项探索改进,通过现场使用证实,改进后的操作平台不仅实用性强,更是提升了本质安全。同时,也为其他气田高压气井操作平台的改进提供可借鉴的经验。
        The high pressure gas well platform is an important auxiliary tool of gas production in various wellhead operation. Through the platform we can realize well shut-in, production adjustment, replacement of fixed or adjustable choke, gas tree maintenance operations. However, in the actual production process, the operator found that there are many security risks when operating this platform and the operation also has a lot of inconvenience. For the purpose of safe production, reducing the risk of operation and facilitating wellhead operation, four exploratory improvements were made to the existing operating platform. Through the field use, the improved operation platform is not only practical, but also improves the essential safety. At the same time, it also provides reference experience for the improvement of high-pressure gas well operating platform in other gas fields.
