摘要

本文针对政府部门如何建设信用技术体系的框架进行研究,以期为建成制度健全、信息完备、监管有力、服务完善的公共信用技术体系提供参考。
        This paper studies how to construct the framework of credit technology system in government departments, so as to provide reference for the establishment of a public credit technology system with sound institution, complete information, powerful supervision and perfect service.
